E-Design
E-Design is the digital version of hiring a home remodeling designer, allowing you to collaborate entirely online. It’s an affordable and efficient way to work with a professional at a fraction of the traditional cost, the key benefits are its affordability, convenience, and quick turnaround time.
To get started, you’ll need to actively participate in the renovation process by providing photos, videos, and measurements of your space, as well as details about the project (such as your renovation goals, personal style, design inspiration....).

As a former France-based real estate investor, many of the renovations for my first properties in Orlando were completed using E-Design.
Through online photos/videos, daily reports and regular communication, along with collaborating with the right contractors and retailers, I was able to successfully manage renovation projects without being physically on-site.

Over time strong business relationships with well-established contractors in various cities across Florida have allowed Remodel2Rent to offer E-Design consultation and management remodeling services, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution.
How it works
The process begins with a questionnaire to understand your renovation and design goals, as well as to get a sense of your property, style, budget, and more. You’ll also provide photos, dimensions, and technical details of your space (we’ll assist you with this if needed).
The consultation: Once we’ve received your completed questionnaire, photos, and measurements, we’ll schedule a consultation to discuss your plans. During this virtual meeting, we’ll review your space, go over your renovation goals, and talk through the details, allowing us to provide you with an accurate « consultation quote ».
The design concept: We’ll creating a custom design plan tailored to your needs. This plan will include floor plan, technical details, 3D renderings, a material list, and everything else required to complete the project as discussed during the consultation.
At this stage, we contact the retailers and contractors we work with, sharing all relevant information to present the project. This will allow us to initiate discussions on the technical details and financial aspects.
If you already know and trust contractors who have done great work, the best choice is to proceed with your renovation by using their services. As project managers, we will collaborate with them throughout the entire duration of the project.
The « Final Pack » : Following the design concept and consultations with retailers and contractors, we’ll work with you to refine the overall concept based on your feedback. Once it’s approved, we’ll develop the "Final Pack" for your project in greater detail, including the final material list, the project schedule and an accurate quote that covers material purchases and contractor fees, as well as the project schedule.

The Renovation stage : Once we’ve received the down payment, we will order the materials, and the contractors will begin on-site work. As the renovation phase starts, we will remotely guide the project, maintaining daily communication and sharing videos with the contractors to ensure everything progresses as planned and address any issues that inevitably arise during renovation. Throughout the process, we’ll keep you informed on the progress and updates of the project.
