About Us

Remodel2Rent was founded by the collaboration of three individuals, each bringing a unique set of skills to the table.
​
It all began when Alex Sacco, a real estate investor from Cannes in the South of France, started investing in Orlando by purchasing and renovating properties.
With a background in interior and landscaping architecture, Alex had worked in the United Arab Emirates, California, and the South of France, he also spent several years working with the Californian company « Rock & Waterscape System », specializing in theme construction.

Alex met Omar Munoz, an Orlando-based contractor for the past six years, who handled the renovations even when Alex was back in France.
The renovations were completed efficiently, quickly, and at an excellent price, allowing the properties to be rented out swiftly and at competitive rates.
As their professional relationship grew, Alex and Omar's connection became more than just business and soon, other players in the real estate industry reached out to them for help with their own rental properties and owner-occupied home renovations.

This is where the idea for Remodel2Rent was born and Alex's brother, Emmanuel, a U.S. citizen and entrepreneur with expertise in company operations, joined the project.

Together, they combined their knowledge ; design, contracting, and operations, ensuring that every aspect of the renovation process is handled with the best care and efficiency.
